Lots of progress! Weird how construction moves much quicker than political shenanigans why does it take so much longer to talk than build FFS?

Going to miss @Gone for a Burton ‘s contributions on here!

If ALL SSL3/2 was City it could be very noisy and loud under the acoustic roof.

Shift the away fans down to the shit seats in ESL110/111

The drafts and CGIs exist, with a target capacity of 85000 ++

Plans also exist for a completely new Stadium

Repeat ad nauseam

Something something living wall something something

Yep, a complete loon!

The draft plans involve taking the E & W stands up & out encompassing the spirals.

The target capacity is/was 85000++ including F&B/Corporate lounges in the very substantial concourse spaces.

The original plans & CGIs were drawn shortly after the takeover and have been amended/updated since to take account of the S&N expansions.

I've also mentioned previously the plans for a brand new stadium on the site of the current CFA which would result in a rejigging of the campus.

There is sufficient land mass available to achieve this, which was the owners favouroured option at the outset.
