Try to see the positives but terrible week after week. Starting with suicide ball that Lewis couldn't rescue v Real Madrid. If he could just stay the right side of the ball it would be a start.
First one through the door for me.
 
He’s never been good enough and he’s got worse as the time with us has unfolded. I hate watching him play
 
Thought he had an absolute shocker. Just casually fast (slow?) walks alongside opposition whilst they breeze through the middle of our team.

Totally lost control when he came on. A passenger, and that's being kind

How about Doku not tracking back and Gvardiol not picking the player up who he is passing to
 
will never forget that summer. a great Gundogan is let go, we are bidding for Bellingham, Rice, Paqueta. we end up with Kovacic and last second panic buy Nunes. we weakened the squad big time.

and to be fair summer 2024 aint better at all, letting Alvarez go, and Mubama replacing him.

Txiki should be thanked if he wasnt retiring on his own.

Think we signed Kova to be Gvardiol’s mate rather than for his footballing ability
 
Really had high hopes when he arrived that he'd be a very reliable addition to the squad. Been quite disappointing though and he's cost us as many goals as he's scored at least. Room for improvement but don't think they'll be much tbh.

Think that's quite kind to him to be fair. Can only think of one game he had for us that was good.

He's appalling.

Definitely here to make up the numbers. I don't want to labour the point too much, but it's clear the way ahead for us is a much younger, energetic and hungry for success team. This chap, along with another 4 or 5 older players within the squad, really need to depart. If not, we'll get left behind pretty quickly.
 
Thought he was shite first half but good the second. Looked calmer and more confident in midfield with Gvardiol behind him maybe?

His problem is consistency, he was good today but he's never really been able to string a number of good performances in a row.
 
He needs someone around him that can win the Aerial Duels. Gvardiol helped with that as a CB (and Nico O'Reilly certainly helped at LB). I think he works better with a Rodri or a Nico Gonzalez next to him rather than Phil/Bernardo or Gundogen.
