Adverts that drive you mad

There’s one with two animals, no idea what they are or who the advert is for, but it starts with “On Tuesday’s we eat at Gianni’s because it’s the food of love”.

The passive aggressiveness in that ad is off the scale.

Two animals of different species but anthropomorphicised into a gay couple having an argument.

I hope the follow up ad is Stephen burying Bruno under the patio.

Must admit I like that one, makes me chuckle for some reason, Bruno.

Where the hell does the saying "a gaffer of an acca" come from? I get what he's implying, that it's a rather decent accumulator. But when did "gaffer" come to mean good/brilliant/decent/not bad? I've never heard it used in that context. To me, "gaffer" means your immediate boss/foreman/supervisor.

Cheapest advert has to be for Specsavers
1. Man walking towards camera, clearly fake. Added background, woman in white coat crossing street
2. Woman walking towards camera, clearly fake. Added background, woman in white coat crossing street.
