PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I lived in THIS house (in a block of 4) in the late 80's and that archway between us and next door was a ginnel! and that catflap in the front door was NOTHING to do with me!

In Lincoln there are several of these between shops up the main street up to the cathedral. They lead down from the high bridge to the canalside.
They call them gloryholes...

Two hours. That's the heads-up the CFG staff had before the recent APT outcome.

A few believe Khaldoon and Soriano have a very good idea how the chips have fallen re the 115 case, but heads of department remain in the dark.
That doesn't really square with the business as usual, soft signal argument that we have been relying on. Many blues were persuaded that the contracts we signed with Pep, Haaland and Marmoush indicated that City had convincing evidence that the hearing had gone well for us. I would have thought that that information would percolate through City after discussions with Pep, Haaland and Marmoush and their agents.

Those elements aren't discrete - the lawyers can have given the impression of how it went, what evidence was worthwhile/discounted & if we do have irrefutable evidence, that would have been part of the confidence. Not knowing the written outcome doesn't mean we (the bigwigs) can't be confident and think that it will be going our way.

As stated. The CFG staff only knew about APT outcome two hours before the leaks and news started to enter the public domain.

I'm close to someone quite senior and they were telling me on Wednesday night that it was a phone call from their boss that we had beaten the Premier League.

She doesn't see anything different happening when they get to know on 115.
Sounds like real 'He says the war's over! We've won!' scenes in the bunker...

it absolutely is a ginnel and anyone disagreeing is a ****.
Or even worse..... a scouser! According to AI....

"In the context of narrow walkways between buildings, "ginnel" and "entry" are regional terms, with "ginnel" being more common in the North of England, particularly around Greater Manchester and Leeds, while "entry" is used in areas like Merseyside"

What about a scenario where they dock say 25 points per season over 4 or 5 years. Which probably woulnt relegate us but would make winning the league almost impossible and qualification for the CL very difficult.
Ciry are not going to be found guilty.
City have done nothing wrong, (unlike some clubs I could name!).
The only thing which the authoriries may be able to vaguely pin on City is non co - operation, but the dippers had all that info anyway having hacked into City's database!
Stand firm!

FIRE!!!
