PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

This is a huge hard signal imo. You don’t start taking the league and other clubs on from a position of weakness.

I can’t see a negative. City have gotten the league by the balls. The real financial cheats is the very same club that termed the phrase “financial doping” and wrote it on a letter.

Now we are getting somewhere. No wonder that **** bloom won’t sell to us.

Here is where cynicism creeps in, I have no doubt that City know the result of the tribunal and the punishment/exoneration/apology that's on it's way.

If we were to be exonerated this would have been better to have come after that surely? This looks like we are coming out swinging after the fact.

I would agree - basically we've gone back to everyone now and made it very clear that we think the Shareholder Loadn bodge the PL is trying to get away is total b0110x - surely we wouldn't do that if we knew 115 might go the wrong way

It's just the Statement of Claim from the club for APT2. It was sent to the other clubs by the PL apparently et voilà a leak.

It seems to contain all the things you would imagine it should. I suppose we could ask if APT2 is starting because the 115 is finished?

is more than that - remember every team gets some prize money directly based o n where they finish in the league - I think its multiple £100,000's difference between positions - the world's biggest abacas is gonna come out to redestribute any winnings potentially affected.
