In possession kdb would wander to pick up the ball and find space as he always does and marmoush would come inside and be the furthest man up with foden doing similar from the right. If anything, they both led the line but Marmoush was definitely the furthest forward on a lot of occasions, as seen by the many futile attempts to play him in behind. KDB also moved around a fair bit.
I get what you mean but tbh, I'm not sure that's even a criticism of the player - more how Pep wants them to play or views his ability. For what it's worth, he has looked better moving in off the left with an overlapping player, but I do think he can work as a no9

I wasn't criticising him, not sure why you've assumed that I just pointed out he wasn't playing as the 9 today despite Haalands absence and that's going to be an issue for us in the future if it persists.
