Rubbish players that you loved?

The late Paul Futcher.
Really hoped that he'd settle in and justify the hype that he arrived with.
Never happened.

He was my first thought
So many rave about him, but if he was so good, why was he never in the PL team of season
The people voting knew their stuff, so it's not like there was any bias
Because they can’t see the wood for trees, that’s why.

Maybe not completely shit, but i personally love Rolando Bianchi. Had a good time at Torino after us, but wasn't great for us in a shit team.
Weren't really shit when Bianchi was here, pretty decent attacking side actually. Bianchi himself on the other hand, awful.
Cool hair and name though

Unfair. I think in the preseason he was in decent form and showed a promising partnership with corradi. When corradi got sold, he got typically home sick. Elano in that first quarter-third of the season was excellent and still bitter about how Hughes treated him….

He was better than Corradi, I will give him that

did he have a street fighter celebration though?! I don’t think so!

I admired vassell but he was bobbins, bless him. But he grafted. Remember that insane welcome he got when he joined a Turkish club

Miss Bojinov, one more season out with a injury and he might have been the best striker we have ever had.

Seriously though, I am still convinced he would have lit the league up injury free

Introduced the snood to English football.

I was dead excited when he signed. Not sure if it was homesickness but obviously didn’t work out for him which was a shame as I thought he looked decent when he played.

And he looked immaculate in that white away shirt.
