The Europa League, when you see this QF line-up, looks weaker than ever. (As for the Conference, I literally cannot identify a number of the teams. Chelsea must surely win that, for what it's worth?).
That said, I am firmly behind Olympique Lyonnais tonight. Firstly, because if I have a second club, it is them. I went to Gerland a number of times years back, and a few times to the Groupama Stadium. Both fine stadiums. My son is a life long supporter. (Because I took him at the tender age of seven or eight).
Secondly, because I just want the rags to lose. Always. And especially here. If they win this competition, they'll see it as some sort of consolation for their dire season. No, I want their noses to be rubbed in it.

English teams have done their job, we have 5 spots now.

Get them all out. Not really arsed about Chelsea, they should walk that competition.

Looking at the rest of the teams left in that competition, they really should win it. I've not even heard of Celje and Jagiellonia Bialystok. Dark horse? Betis, possibly. With EL Holistico in charge, and the fidget spinner having a blinder since going there.

Hard not to root for Pellegrini's Betis, 6th in La Liga, but they don't have the same pedigree in Europe as their city rivals Sevilla, never made a European semi-final.

Fiorentina might have a say, obviously got beat off of West Ham in the final a couple of years ago.

Chelsea's £1bn+ squad should be walking it though.

Didn’t realise he was Betis’ manager, so we are all clearly rooting for them?

I love that he went there as Betis are my Spanish team. I’m less enthralled it took the arrival of the twirling wanker to ignite their season.

It's not a thing I enjoy acknowledging, but he's been reborn since going there. It is amusing, though, that Pellegrini is getting good performances out of him, where Interim couldn't.
