Meh, some individual performances against average and poor La Liga sides and Barca having a poor run of form in the winter is why they are not totally out of the league title race, they lost 3 CL group games and were outplayed by Atletico who bottled it, only time they looked dominant as a team was the second leg against City and that says it all about us this season.
 
Madrid lumping crosses in against our back line was the most idiotic tactical call I've seen for some time.

I'm delighted we are through but it also feels Madrid didn't do their homework on the strategy.
 
I just want PSG to win the CL for Luis Enrique.

I feel very low about Arse. Although I did say to TH on Twitter start of 23/24 season that I could see them winning it. I was a bit premature wiry the season.

I loathe Lego head but two seasons in Europe he's done better statistically than Pep did for us. He's got that defence right.

I despise him and them BTW, but they've done OK in Europe this year.

Can only hope their ' mentality' disappears, and they get a bit nervous in the semi.

God this is so flecking depressing!!
 
Don't know if it's mainly Vini being shocking, but Timber was fucking good.

Basmati is worth the £100m. Odegaard on the other hand... but it doesn't matter.

And unless something crazy happens, Arsenal will go into the final. That PSG midfield has no chance, especially with the second leg at Emirates. They damn near crumbled yesterday and fortunate to survive.

Arteta's setup might not be good enough to win the league (yet), but in Europe, that's pretty much the blueprint.

Edit: got the info wrong, second leg at the Parc. Still, I fancy Arsenal take the tie.

1st leg is at the Emirates and Partey is suspended for the 1st leg so I guess it'll be Merino alongside Rice as no way can we stick Jorginho in against PSG.

Real Madrid were woeful, shows you how bad we have been that we got absolutely swatted by them.

Bright side is vincius Jr, mbappe and bellingham have all just ended their chances of a Balon d'or this year.

Really uncomfortable having to rely on PSG, they're always destined to bottle it. Arsenal will not have a better chance of winning it than this season now. Arsenal should be able to handle PSG and Both inter and barca are very beatable.
