PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

do the PL have a say in when this breaks? Does the IC release it or both sides have to agree etc?
I think what will happen is that the Judges decide the timing but may well consult both parties informally in advance to help them manage their own comms. I base this on what happened during a civil hearing I was directly involved in but I wouldn't be surprised if the PL have their own dodgy rules on this process. At some point member clubs will have to be told and this will probably have to co-incide with a public media relase. It would leak out at that point anyway. It would make sense for everyone that this happened in the close season but the Club World Cup is also a factor.

I think the Prem want dippers officially over the line for the league, so it's in the history books and then it can all explode . Would love another Asterix against their title !!!

Does that mean that the PL would have the decision but not the club? Or that City are embargoed on releasing the decision?
I'm still of the belief, and I accept I might well be completely wrong, that both parties are clear about the outcome, albeit unofficially.

What do you mean
Exactly what I said, I think there will a seismic shift and change in the prem after the outcome is released, and in the short term they want to ensure the dippers get a second prem league title into the history books before the judgement destroys the prem as we know it now . If the judgement goes against the league and it's proven to be corrupt and a cartel, then everything has to be questioned that's gone on since it's inception, the league would not survive (hopefully) as it has in the past and possibly some clubs either .

The PL has taken it's own product down a back alley and mugged it, maybe there is a bigger picture here that we are not being informed of but win lose or draw IMHO the game as we know it is being flushed before our very eyes.

If City heavily win, it will open the door back up for the Super League, as the big clubs will claim incompetence in the current management of the league.

If City heavily lose, the legal wrangle it will create, between City the league and all the other clubs, will probably last for more than a decade.

The Premier League has backed itself into a corner it will struggle to get out of.

The way I feel right now I personally.don't think a season in the championship or league 1 would do us any harm..
Club can then reset and we become the City I love again .
You obviously dont bump into rags & dippers on a daily basis. It would be constant agony

Mrs KS met a guy from M/cr at a wedding. She told him she could not speak to him unless he answered her question correctly: Red or Blue?
Blue, he said, but it was more fun when we were crap.
Fair enough.
