I didn’t catch that game, so can’t compare, but they did say in commentary that they’re ripping it up at the end of the season, so doubt they’ve put much investment into it since then.

You might want to get a new atlas. Coventry is 21 miles from Birmingham. That's no more a derby than the Palace/Brighton game (the A23 or M23 "derby").

Now, granted; 21 miles may well be just down the road in 'murica.

My point went over your head, as did the fact the Baggies are not Brummies either.
But refer to them as Brummies and you get the same reaction as you get in calling a Forest fan “Notts”.
“You’re just a bunch of Brummies…” really sets their blood racing!
