That’s a shame mate. You’re a great poster here who adds a lot of value to the womens team forum.

All the best and hopefully you’ll be back soon.
Your input in here will certainly be missed, there aren't really that many of us that watch the women and post on here. Have a good summer your self and here's to a better season next year.

Hiya folks. Just wanted to say a quick goodbye to some of you as I've decided to leave the forum. There's a few areas of it I'm finding difficult at the moment so I think it's best I step back l. I'm not a prolific poster anyway so it's no huge loss, but I've really enjoyed chatting to a lot of you in this part of the forum about the women's team (follow both of our team but it's much easier to chat about the women's football on the Internet than it is men's ha).

Anyway, all the best everyone and maybe i'll bump into some of you unknowingly at games in the future. Here's hoping for a restful summer, a decent new manager and we go again next year. Take care x
I don’t post very often but I’m often lurking in this thread and I do enjoy reading your comments and insights.
Hope all is well with you and that we see you here again

United drawing today is a great result for us. Looking at their run in, it is entirely possible they don’t pick up a single point in any of the remaining games. Hopefully with a few of our players back or thereabouts we can push on in the final few games and get that champions league spot

The CL results this weekend, quite possibly sums up the WSL this season, and suggests it's a good way behind some of the other leagues.
I thought Arsenal was giving Lyon all they could handle in the second half. When Lyon got the second goal it seemed to break Arsenal. Personally, I didn't think Lyon was all that much better than Goonettes.

Have to agree with this. I thought arsenal were a bit unlucky. Chelsea however were well beaten by Barcelona today.

I don't really watch anyone else these days so can't comment, I guess arsenal can still turn it around, but I think chelsea are done.

Former blue Esme Morgan calling out the club and sticking up for fans regarding new rules to the mens season ticket usage

I don’t follow the mens team myself so don’t know much about it. Is the new rule you personally have to attend 10 games or your season ticket can be revoked?

It's nice she did stick up for the fans will be waiting forever to see one of the mens team say the same things.

Looking at the score Barcelona vs Chelsea in the WCL tonight takes me back to our own home Group stage victory against Barcelona earlier this season. We really played them off the park and the football from both teams was superb . Fantastic night and my highlight of the season . Such a pity we couldn't replicate that performance again when it mattered against the more physical teams.

It made a huge difference having all our best players fit and on the pitch.

Barcelona weren't the team they are now when we played them then. It was almost part of pre-season for them at the time iirc. We also had a fully fit squad too

I've only just caught on, but the Ragettes have 3 league games left: home to Chelsea tomorrow night, they finish away to Arsenal on the last day (Sat May 12th) and sandwiched in between there's the derby match at their place this coming Sunday. They're currently 4 points ahead of us and, as long as Chelsea don't rest all their first-teamers having gone out of the CL and all but sewn up the WSL title, it should remain that way once they've got their game in hand out of the way this week.

IF we can turn them over at the swamp, we could be just a single point behind them going into the final weekend when they're away to Arsenal and we face Crystal Palace.

Could we?
