In a nutshell after looking at some of the comments it's all down to Moyes and Tent Peg. Some other comments about signings but it appears the biggest fuck ups are those 2.

It’s not just the CL revenue; it’s the drop in sponsorship going in to rag central that they will miss, if they don’t qualify for it, and which we were all hoping for.

A lot of them on the BBC's HYS are beginning to see the light: they're seeing the beeb for what it really is in terms of football coverage - rag central. And it's so pleasing to see Slimey Stone being called out every now and again.

2 points off 40 points in mid April, in other years with better teams coming up into the league they would have been right in the relegation scrap.
I've said before I don't want them to go down.........yet.
3 - 4 years of being shite, slowly financially dying, supporters pissed off with yet another season is far better than them being relegated now and bouncing straight hack with all the media hype that will surround it.

Problem with the rag fans, they're just the sheep of society, they'll fall for any bullshit. The slight chance of the few seeing the light they'll just ship another pile of day trippers in. There's always fools ready and waiting. Definitely a personality flaw in being a rag.

I’d also concede the odd league or fa cup as that usually papers over how shite they are and they believe the hype only to miss transfer windows etc etc and go into a state of implosion usually around Xmas

Spuds will make quite a leap if they beat Forest, 37 to 40 points puts them up to 14th I believe. That has to be motivation for them, surely?
From the little I've seen of Forest so far I don't think they're all that, better than Spurs, yes, but that doesn't say much. And even though you'd think Nuno has something to prove to Levy and the board I really do believe he will come up short.
Any other time I'd be willing on Forest because I just don't like Spurs (and obviously '81 still scars me) but for tonight I'll be cheering them...what an awful thought!
