Yeah it was impossible to see anything from the TV but it’s the only explanation for the forward trip up like that. Didn’t spot it being on the line though to be fair.

They’re a funny one. There’s no intent to foul, but the inadvertent coming together of leg to foot means the attacker can’t help but fall over.

Is it a foul? Some say yes and others don’t. However much VAR gets involved, it can’t eliminate all subjectivity.

It certainly shouldn’t have been a second yellow card for the Lyon player though.

Not sure what the City view is but from an Arsenal fan view it's a massive shame Leeds are going back up. Always guaranteed fan trouble with those ferals.

I hate Arsenal, Liverpool and Uniturd.
