Trailer Time...

Not inspiring me and I’m still pissed they made silver surfer female.

I think it's supposed to be 'Shalla-Bal', the wife of 'Norrin Rad' (the original 'Silver Surfer').

But who the f knows, these days?!!

I believe they've made this film more female led as in the main protagonists. I hope not, cos in the comics 'Sue Richards' doesn't really find her voice until she is "seen" by 'Prince Namor'.

IMDb certainly has her down as Shalla-Bal.

It is set in an alternate universe not earth 616, they have been using Earth X for inspiration in a few films (eternals, moon knight) so using Shalla-Bals Surfer isn't that much of a leap.

Rumours are by the end of the film they will be transported into the main MCU and then stay there, where Silver Surfer is still norrin radd

Namor was my favourite comic character when I was a kid, treading a fine line between hero & villain. I was really interested to see him in the MCU but we got that awful, unrecognisable version in Wakanda Forever & his entire Atlantean backstory was jettisoned for some Talokan bollocks. Sadly, not looking forward to his return.

Not sure why this franchise has become popular again, but, here we are...

What do you mean by that? The predator is one of the most underutilised character in sci fi, the more films the better. And I'm really not getting the uproar about what the Predator looks like, each and every one of them looks very different, just like humans.

You guys know I think A24 are a stellar company!

Dwayne Johnson's new film about the start of the UFC...

Caught this the other night at first I thought that looks like the Rock a little bit at the start, knew nothing about it and then suddenly realised it’s him in a wig lol! It does look good though. Like you said A24 seem to make a lot of decent films these days.
