Season Tickets - 2025/26 | Changes to ticket transfer this season (p101)

Anyone know when they will release the 500+ new flexi golds? I missed out last year so am hoping to get one this time round. Was it end of may last year or June?
It'll be interesting to see if they allow a free for all or if they have criteria like a certain amount of points

The Website is a heap of junk - My bank account name is 22 characters long- the form bank lookup accepts it, but press continue at the bottom and it fails telling me the payment page only accepts 18 characters.
Whoops.
I thought amateur hour had long gone at our club.
Sorted over the phone fairly quickly but I shouldn't have had to ring them.
It's not the website. 18 characters is the maximum that the main payment systems will accept. Even if you could put the full 22 characters in, it would get truncated when being processed.

Great to see you last weekend by the way.

It’s going on games attended in the PL this season, with half ring fenced for youngsters, and any non renewals into the pot also, could end up being 1-1.5k

I was on the verge of not renewing as I had no hope of maintaining next season's criteria for self attendance. I have now however, received an offer for someone to use my seasoncard for the full season, and I'm tempted because my life may have normalised by 26/27 season, when hopefully I can start attending again.

So my question is, how do I facilitate this person to download the 25/26 ticket to their phone? I do plan to remove my 24/25 ticket from my phone to avoid that updating and any conflict, as I believe for this past season it simply self-updated. So, do I need to give this 3rd party temporary access to my City account to permit them downloading directly from my account, or is there a way of doing it via friends and family, where if I join their friends and family as a 'Strongly' linked person, they can access my seasoncard to download?

TIA

Well it should just truncate it then.
Nice to see you too

Last season the criteria was members who'd attended 15 home PL games in the previous 2 seasons so I'd expect something similar.

At least I hope it's similar as I attended 10 home league games this season (+ the 5 I did last season) in the hope that it qualifies me.

I was considering a similar scenario.

Would this be “allowed” by City? Or would it need to be done on the sly?

Think you'd have to temporarily let them into your account mate. You're allowed it on a couple of phones, so could maybe come to an arrangement where you still come to some games. Perhaps let him on temporarily to download the ticket and then change your password afterwards if you don't particularly want him on your account. But then again, he wouldn't be able to use the exchange or transfer any games without you having to do it all. If he's likely to go to every game it wouldn't be an issue, but it'd be a bit of a faff if he's going to miss a few.

Thank you for a good in depth answer.

Thinking about it, you could do a one time log in on his phone, with you present, without him having access to your account, add passes to wallet and see if that works, there’s probably a really simple reason why this might not work, maybe someone on ere who doesn’t need a second account could give it a go (would’ve been better having two home games to trial it) or you could arrange a trial run between you for Bournemouth

So, I have been having a little play around with my City account, and added my daughter's account to my F&F with a strong link. When I log on to her account, I can see my seasoncard and she could therefore manage my games via her account. Presumably, if she was logged in to her account on her phone she could download my seasoncard on to her phone.

The big question is whether, when it downloads to her phone, it somehow has a slightly different code, such that when it is used, it doesn't class as me using it, but her!

Any ideas?

I’m assuming the new flexi golds and junior flexi golds will be released after the relocation window?

That’s not the big question :) that works, it’s what anyone does with 2 phones/log ins, and is club policy to have your ST on 2 devices if you so choose (some people keep a burner phone to pass on) what we don’t know is if you need to be logged in to your account on a device, for the match ticket to update for the next match

City will have been cunts and will find a way round this imo.

I wonder if there would a criminal offence there anywhere if you got clocked? @gordondaviesmoustache

Me and my Daughter both have each others season tickets on our phones after strongly linking our account, whoever gets to the turnstile first scans us both in and we have both received credit for attending every game this season.

Yes and good luck who are after one - I'm after a couple of juniors myself. Went to the game on Friday and only digesting all the news now, but these are very positive developments that mean real credit is due to the negotiators at City Matters, 1894 and all who protested, and MCFC for understanding that they need real fans. I'm not saying things are perfect, but as someone who has spent seasons taking two kids to PL games at matchday prices and has had to pay the flexi tax for myself, the recent announcement is very welcome news.

That seemed to be the case when I called Supporter Services when they opened renewals. They were waiting to see how many renewed.

Biggest issue is that the renewals window closes on 11th May and Relocations are on 16th May. I will have to relocate if I manage to get my son a Flexi-gold so surely the window to purchase these has to be in the middle of these two dates. Clear as mud at the minute.
