I'll be deeply disappointed if we don't sell out our allocation for the final.
It will be a terrible look for the long term image and good of the club and give the "No fans" brigade all the validity they need for the next 20 years.

I'll be watching the match on my TV at home obviously. (I live remote).

Being a football fan is a journey of contradiction at times.

Big thumbs up to those who do go. Safe journey and hopefully you have a great day.
Definitely a rag !!!

That's expensive. I always use the trainline and book in advance. The cheapest return tickets have been as low as £10. Avanti charge the rip-off prices so I avoid them and use West Midlands Trains or LNER. The current return from MK to London for May 17 (as of tonight) is about £20.
£18.90 Super Off-Peak Return with Avanti (not West Midlands / LNW). Any train is £25.80.

Why use trainline and pay commission?

Return from Wembley Central via Euston (£3.40) or Watford Junction (£2.30) - but only one Avanti train an hour from Watford Junction to MK.

I usually use split tickets and have a railcard as well. I also prefer using Wembley Stadium Station rather than the tube. But your point is correct. You can get good deals if you shop around.

City did the same thing for the semi final.
My ticket was blocked and I had to go to the ticket office where they handed me, my pre printed paper ticket with an explanation of why it was blocked.
Picking on poor old Chappie.
In principle I agree with the checks. But having to stomp to the opposite side of the stadium to provide photo I'd could be done at the turnstiles. Again no thought for the fan being inconvenienced.
Love CITY Hate the fa

Who knows.
In my case they know me and they also know I have a medical condition which in time will finish my career.
They don't know how long so they might be checking I'm still around and have not passed it on, due to my demise.
I've already had 1 snotty email of them for missing a home match this season due to my chemo treatment getting in the way of me attending.
That's what you get when you issue computer generated emails.
Check your records first,Oh chappie has missed 1 home match in about 20 years,is he OK should have been the first port of call.
But we are just customers now !!
Sorry to hear about your ill health.
Hope you hang in there longer than you expect too.
I keep saying no such thing as a football fan nowadays. We're customers with deep pockets. CTID

Booking with Trainline will always be more expensive than booking direct with the rail company.

You pay a booking fee with trainline just to book a ticket you could have booked direct with the operator.

Some rail operators have nice introductory offers too for first time buyers.

I may be wrong but what he describes sounds totally on City and nothing to do with the FA.

It’s one thing being told in advance you’ve got to pick your ticket up at the ground. But just deactivating it and not letting you find out until you scan it? I’d be fucking fuming. And I don’t normally give much of a shit about anything.

Of course we will sell out, but I wonder how many tickets will be made available to 3rd part ticket touts again?

Oh fuck :)

Oh fuckity fuck

I'm sure this has been answered elsewhere in the thread, but why the fuck is this happening before the end of the Premier League? Is that yet another part of the English game that has to be changed to make way for FIFA and UEFA bullshit by any chance?

Not forgetting the TV companies who can do whatever they like with fixtures because they are the puppet masters.
