Priced out? | Club announce that matchday tickets being reduced by up to 43% (p93)

£43 Cheapest ticket for a 5 Yr old in the family stand for our next home game. How the hell can this be okay.
More empty seats then. How about Pep and the players doing a bit for the fans for a change. Take a small pay cut out of the hundreds of thousands A WEEK to subsidize kids tickets. They surely won't miss a measly 1% for a month and ask the club to match it. It would generate enough to give cheap tickets and show that they actually care.Liverpool charge £10 for kids for every game and haven't the income city gets. If they can do it so can we!

From the first minute to the last, so not entirely standing by us as it is clearly a pop at the previous protest. Nice to see hi saying if he can help he will, he can help so lets see it Pep
I wouldn't call it "a pop". He just called fans to be behind the team for the whole game. I made sure I was louder than usual when I joined the 209 ultras after 5 and a half minutes. The banter about me appearing early lifted the fans where I sit.

Blues can also avoid endorsing these excessive prices by not using the ticket exchange.

Yes we should definitely have cheaper match day ticket prices but at least we will have thousands more £10 tickets for juniors with the expansion of flexi-golds.

Yep, I've had suspicions this has been going on in addition to the ones they do acknowledge. Looks like they're being transparent by listing some 'official partners', but there's plenty being shifted out the back door.
A lot of ticket tout sites have ‘sister’ sites that they use. Same company, different website name.

Kids prices are all £15 for Bournemouth at home regardless of where you are sat in the stadium. More small steps
On the face of it this is great news as it suggests they might be doing something about lowering match day prices next season, but - and there always seems to be a but! - I've just made a point in the seat counters thread that those tickets for that game were priced higher than that last summer so anyone buying back then has paid more. Adult tickets outside of the normal away section and the more expensive 93:20 section are priced at £56 and £58. Just this morning there was a single adult ticket in NS2 priced at £73. Now if you log on, they're priced at £58!

I know I keep on harping on about the directors, and I've given them plenty of stick, but those Adult, and especially the kids prices are great. Thank you.

Hopefully the kids prices will be carried through to next season. The kids are our future support, and the club must give them every opportunity to watch City in the future.

I agree. If they keep the price for kids at £15 I will be taking him to as many game as I can get tickets for.

They’re not going to keep them at that price for all the ground as they’d work out cheaper than a ST in some areas.

Be great to see at least the Family Stand having a cheap, fixed, child rate though.

Except for Level 2 down Colin Bell and the East Stand, they could keep them at £15.00. Outside of those two areas, the most expensive season ticket is £260.00 for kids, or £13.68 per game.

I am expecting a new chant from you for the Bournemouth game. Motorcycle Empty seats!

Agree. In all honesty I'm not sure how many kids will benefit from £15 for Bournemouth as it was a quick sell-out at the beginning of the season at a much higher price, and what has trickled out since has been singles...however it's a big step in the right direction.

No way of knowing the ratio of adults/ juniors. But it was more than a trickle.

There was a good couple of thousand on sale the other day and when I looked earlier, there was probably less than a 100 dotted about.

For all the complaints about late changes, midweek games, travel problems, shit kick off times, it’s been proved time and time again, that if tickets are cheap, they’ll fill the ground.
