It’s hardly a grind, she gets knocked in in round 1 or 2 most weeks!

Even if it’s the case she only ever wins a major - so what ? That’s something more achieved than 99% of women’s tennis players, she gets tons of abuse on social media and constant talk she’s a failure. Can’t people just let her crack on ?

In fairness Sharapova managed a career grand slam and a lot of other titles. Arguably she underachieved/burnt out a bit but though she was up and down she was competive pretty much till she was 30.

I think if Radacanu could have Sharapovas career she'd be doing ok.

Probably because there are only 11 British female Grand Slam winners in the history of tennis.

And she’s the only one born this side of the 1950s.
