Palace have never averaged more in the premier league that City did in the third division. That season 1998-99 Palace averaged 12,000 less even though they were a division higher.

Why would you think they end up in our end when they get less watching them than their entire allocation?

Because their demand is high, same as Forest in the semi, which reflects in the price ticket agencies are asking. If our prices are lower it becomes attractive for Palace fans to snap them up.

That guy is plainly having a laugh/not a real Paace fan or both. Their fans are in uproar because some members who joined before early April (THIS year) got priority over some season ticket holders.
I thought our TO came out with iniquitous criteria at times, but that takes the cake.
The ones who have flipped to touts have made a packet in 2 months because they also got a shot at the semi final.

Literally never won a trophy in their history unless you include tripe like the Full Members Cup or the second division. Hopefully we're still saying that in a couple of weeks time.

Imagine a fair number will be there just for the occasion and not necessarily Palace fans.

They would be absolutely stupid to buy tickets in our end. After a day on the lash its not always without risk being a blue in our end!

I actually had this out with a Palace fan a while back in the pub. I didn't know him, we had a mutual friend but as soon as he found out I was a City fan he started piping up, saying Palace were a similar size club as City, or at least would be if we hadn't been bought. I gave him some facts, not least that Palace had never won a trophy and our attendance before being bought out was 20k more than they get now. Needless to say he told me I was aggressive and went and sat down at the other end of the table.
