Cherki less so as I want Bobb to be our star creative 10, but recognise Cherki’s low fee might make him a risk worth taking.

We need goalscorers. I see Rodrygo as a better one than Doku and Savinho.Where we have Doku, Savinho and Marmoush already. There is no room for Rodrygo it would be 100M just for the sake of it. Don’t see it with MGW already anyways
Whether it’s where we should be spending money is a definite debate.
It’s finding the system that works best with Haaland up top.

Nope it wont be! has score 6 goals had 5 assists in the league in 30 league game!
Savino has scored 1 goals and 8 assists in 27 games in the league for me that could have been doubled the opportunities he has had and will improve! He is just over 2 years younger as well!
We seem to paint rise tinted glasses at other players when we have solution and players as good or will becomes as good!
So don't want to spend massive money massive wages on Rodrygo!

I agree. With Rodri back, Bobb back, and a pre-season with Marmoush, Khusanov, Reis, McFarlane, and Echeverri, the new season cannot come soon enough for me. Got funny feeling pep will use Rodri in the Kdb role he has it all you see his passes his ball control his chips down the line over the top!

I haven't seen nearly enough of Bobb or Echeverri for that matter to have an opinion whether either will be top class attacking midfielders. I do think though both will go to the CWC and be played, maybe if Pep sees enough then we'll just buy the one midfielder this summer.I do genuinely believe Bobb can be that player. If either or both have the talent it would be good to sEe their path kept clear to establish themselves at City not get blocked.Even if it takes them until after next season to reach their level.

He is best in the same position Marmoush is best at. Inside Left. Will take him but he'd have been perfect last summer. Now, he'd be good. Id need other additions
I would much rather sign him than MGW(yes, I know, different positions, but similar price!). He is quality, and we lack quality. He can play behind the striker, on both wings. Imagine Haaland, Marmoush, Rodrygo front 3.

He has a knack of getting passed people can’t really say that about Dok after 2 seasons

Get him in, we would get good money for count Doku so all good, if that’s what City want, but doesn’t solve our problems.
