Half explains why she's played miles below her level for most of the season.

Any of the rest want to go? The doors that way Ladies so off you pop. Given our squads won naff all for 3 seasons a completely new start can hardly do worse.
I agree she's been poor this season ..We need to get a strong, quick " thou shall not pass " DM ASAP but before this a decision on the manager . Playing her in that position the last couple of games gave a hint , a tiny hint , of what a more physical player would do there , allowing Hui to move up the pitch and create chances as well as shielding our defence from counters with tactical fouling .

Esme Morgan? She's played really well the last couple of seasons in America. She's a lifelong long Blue. She's not a behemoth like some but she's turning into quite a good player and regularly faces good competition. She has some pace too, which would be useful at times.

She seems to enjoying playing for her current club but perhaps she'd enjoy coming home and playing regularly for her childhood club again?

We had one in Ruby Mace who's since broken into the England squad and would have been a good shout for Leicester's player of the year until her season ending injury. We persisted with Taylor though who treated her (and others) like shite so she had to look elsewhere.

Will Nick stay in city?
If the echelons of power have anything about them we will see a clear out and a new direction for the women's game, with the goal being building a Chelsea like domination of the league and doing one better in Europe.

We we're promised "holistic approach where both male and female teams would be treated equally."

Where's the female games version of Pep and the revolutionary ideas that go with it then?

They need to clear the decks and start again.

We have a spine of a good team. It needs to built on.

Currently live against the bottom team Crystal Palace and already losing 1 - 0.
Those wanting to keep Cushing may have to rethink!

Looking at his team selections recently I really hope not..Yama should be the number one no questions. Today he's picked the same midfield when it was an opportunity to look at Oyama and maybe not play players who are not committed to next year! It's a meaningless game and yet he's stuck to the Coombs, Laia & Park in midfield alongside Yui - madness for me.

Great start Nick - goodness me Laia with another mistake, Alex who should be in the middle nowhere to be seen - Layzell should be in there with Alex and Rebecca in the middle.
