It is absolutely not us or Chelsea, and the above scenario is not likely - in fact it's incredibly unlikely. According to the odds we are currently 91% chance of qualifying, Chelsea are at 54% chance of not qualifying. The above is assuming:

Forest beat Leicester
Arsenal draw to Newcastle
Villa beat Spurs
Villa beat United
Chelsea beat United
Forest beat West Ham
Chelsea and Forest draw
We fail to beat Bournemouth
Arsenal beat Saints
Newcastle beat Everton

If all ten of those results come in exactly like that, I will donate £10 to a charity of your choice :)

Well who knows! Even forest blown it today. So you already can pocket your tenner! But I do think we cannot rely on an abject United who couldn’t beat west ham today. Villa will do them even if it is last home game of season for red twats. And they will defo spank a dreadful spurs side. (Incredible to think spurs or united in the champs league!)
Chelsea more likely to beat forest now who seem to have run out of legs. So Chelsea must look like getting 69. Villa too. But if football tells us anything over the years it ain’t gonna be straightforward.
So when city come second on 71 points I will similarly donate £10 to a charity of your choice : )

I’m not sure Forest dropping points changes much. There is now a possibility they will have nothing to play for in that Chelsea game if the drop points at West Ham.

You’d have to fancy Chelsea next Friday against the useless rags and Villa against the useless Spurs.

I still think we will need 4 points.

It broadens the possible results that will benefit us and bring down the required points. Quite simply, now if we beat Bournemouth, Forest can no longer catch us.

So basically, if Chelsea or Villa drop points in their next game then beating Bournemouth guarantees it before the final day and we don't have to suffer v Fulham.

Would ending up a good thing means playing more youth more time for pep!? Yeah it's not great if don't get champs league but hey we will have a good chance of winning it

I guess we will fail to beat Bournemouth who have a good chance of European football. However, we have a good record against Fulham so I am expecting City to ultimately prevail.

I was told this Forest team deserve it more than us, but based on that showing, seems a bit of a baffling sentiment. Leicester looked more likely to win (and could have won it), and they were away from home and are currently in 19th. For all the huffing and puffing Saints did they never looked for a second like beating us.

People saying it's "lucky". No - it's just law of averages.

2 out of the 5 teams in contention have dropped points in all but one weekend for the last two months now. The same will probably be true next weekend. Who will it be? Take your pick. My money's on Villa and Forest.

We have a great record against Bournemouth, why you think we will fail to beat them god knows, are you even a blue.

Typical City really.
We go on a realy good run to get ourselves in a great position to qualify for Europe.

Then draw with the worst team in the PL since Derby on 07/08, who I believe also got a draw against us.

The Bournemouth game is a huge worry, short turnaround from the final and dependent on the result who knows what the players mentality will be.

Villa have only lost once recently (against us) and have Spurs at home who haven’t won in 5 (lost 4). Forest are now only relevant as to whether they take points from Chelsea on the final day. Chelsea have united at home- without a win in 6.

Based on the awful teams they play Villa will get 69 points. Chelsea will probably do the same.

In truth if we finish behind what is an awful Chelsea side we would deserve all the humiliation that entails.

We deserved fuck all yesterday and got 7 added minutes ( which must be a record from a non winning position) It should have been over 10 with the constant pissing around and feigning injury. Didn't watch the game today but see Forest got 8 and it carried on after that. Corrupt as fuck Pigmol.

Forest have reverted to what the squad quality is. A lower half PL team.

Forest rode a wave of momentum garnered from their impressive start to the season. Add this into the fact the majority of the league has been bang average this season they reaped the rewards.

Their players - including MGW - are mid-table players at best.
