Club World Cup - Summer 2025

Can someone who is going give me their general estimated spend?

I look at the semis and final but even in a Super 8, with tickets and general spending, it's going to be close to £2500.
 
I have zero interest in it a compleat waste of the players time when they should be resting up for the up coming season, so yet out we’re gonna start a new season with tired players

For a change I might be one of the cheapest. Tickets for Atlanta, Orlando, Orlando/Miami, & Final (skipping last 8 & semi due to other commitments) $600; Live in Atlanta so hotels in Florida $300 (using timeshare points); Gas/Petrol for drive GA>FL>GA $150; Flight for Final ATL>LGA>ATL $300; NY Hotel $800 (might be able to switch to timeshare). So just over $2,000 plus eat & drink & misc. debauchery [emoji16]

Less than it has cost me for FA Cup / Bournemouth [emoji15]

If you're wanting to make a full NYC trip out of it, I would recommend just staying in Manhattan and taking the subway to yankee stadium, probably 30-45 min. My gf and I stay at LUMA hotel which is a cpl blocks away from Times Square, so if you want to see some of the touristy sights and/or a broadway show, you're very close. But even if not, it would be a good hotel for this since there's a line at Bryant Park that goes up to the stadium, it wld be like a 3 min walk from the hotel.

Thanks so much for the info.

We were going to fly out Sun to Thurs and do 3 games including City in Philly but I saw NYCFC are playing Friday night so I am considering going out the Thursday before on my own with the Mrs coming out as planned Sunday. However, as is her want she thinks she might come out Sat now and see the NY sights. I'm not arsed about that as I went to NY 30 odd years ago, more bothered about the game. I am at an age where I don't know if I will be able to see NYCFC again so it seems daft to miss them when I am over there.

Will check on that hotel though as it sounds a great option.

If my Mrs does not come out I will stay near the Yankee stadium for 2 nights, do you know if its an ok area to do this re safety?

I am in Philly with the wife for 4 nights from the 15th it would be the 12th, 13th and 14th nights.
It depends on if I can move my flights ok and what my Mrs decides she's doing when she finally makes her mind up ffs. Really want to get info so I can talk it through with her.

I want to stay in a reasonably clean / safe place with Air Cond, not sure on money but anything over £125 a night is going to hurt I think hence why I am looking outside the city centre more.

Trying to get as close as possible to your price point, you’re correct, you’ll need to be outside the city, with good transit options. This place may fit the bill; https://www.licmanhattanview.com

I can vouch for the location but have not stayed there. Reviews are mixed, but overall seems acceptable.

I really wouldn't recommend staying near the stadium personally, that would be Bronx area or possibly Harlem. You would probably be fine, but you're definitely playing the odds a bit more in those areas. If she doesn't come with, and you're looking for more of an in-and-out trip, you could always stay in upper west side, maybe lucerne hotel or somewhere in that area? Just somewhere you can walk to get on the B train heading north, upper east side is also an option with the 4 train instead but I haven't spent as much time there as west, so can't vouch for how safe or nice it would be.

Does anyone know which designated end City have got for the Juventus game at the Camping World Stadium?
I want to buy tickets at that end of the ground.......

They have just released more club tickets, not sure if you need an access code to purchase. For Juve block P20 was one option
 
Thanks pal.....just got 4 tickets in block P20........tried my original access code from february but no access code required
