I hate when we do this song and dance every summer. The player is class and we're in for him, we know the price that'll get the deal done, the selling club has no need or reason to drop their valuation, yet we fuck around with low ball offers when another 5-10M will get it done. Either we get a deal done in August when it could've been done in July or some other club swoops in and pays the money we should've put on the table from the start.

Absolute silly season and this upcoming one is going to be exhausting with Reijnders, Wirtz, MGW (???), fullbacks and a keeper.

I'd agree normally but AC Milan are skint and Reijnders seems desperate to come I think we can put some pressure on and lowball them, they can have captain dirty dick in part ex
