I’m going to Philly too. Play it by ear, Philly supporters club told me on Twitter they were playing a few things night before and day of the game.
 
I sacrificed my cup final ticket and the financial outlay to put towards this trip
Going to the first 3/4 games

not having a big break will fuck the players imo. also the pre-season and being ready for the new season is fucked. it is just a nightmare to make this schedule work instead proper time off and then proper pre-season with players put through serious training regime so they dont look fucking tired and slow already in November like this season.

right now it will be if we happen to get to semis or final (we wot with these tactics) that players will get 4 weeks off basically around 10th of July and arrive back just days before the PL restarts mid August. while rivals will be ready to go after 5-6 weeks of training.

reality tho is that we are eliminated in last 16 or QF the latest. as I checked if we dont top the group and finish 2nnd behind Juventus (a poor Juventus btw) we are up against Real Madrid in the last 16 draw. Xabi Alonso will be motivated to do us early on.

Couldn't care less about this tournament. Send a shadow team plus Rodri & Bobb who need games for fitness - you'll get through the group in that draw anyway.

Foden, Haaland, Dias, Gvardiol amongst others all need a long break from footy as they look knackered.

We won the pot 2 years ago so I'm genuinely not arsed about it.

So instead of going to the USA, they'll be picked to play for their country.
 
Where is the squad likely to stay? In 1 location for the duration and travel time games from there or move to different hotels near to each game?

They’ll have a base in Orlando as they could play 3 consecutive games there, or 1 game there and 1 in Miami. They normally do Hyatt’s, which there are a couple of around Orlando. I’m guessing the one on I-Drive.

I fly home from orlando on the 13th.
I'm presuming they will have a few days in America before the 1st game so might have a drive past there on way to airport and see if I can spot them.
