I’m sorry but I’ve seen all I need to see of Doku. Can’t fault him for trying but he could play all day and not come up with anything of note. Not good enough. Sell.

Strange, seeing as he was one of the few who put a shot on goal. To me he is a viable backup who can change a game late and rhats how he should be used.

He plays really good every match and still gets way too much disrespect imo. He is 3v1 wide on the left flank with barely any options other than a backpass to Gvardiol. Put him in 1v1 and he can cause absolute chaos think his 2nd match vs West Ham or against Bournemouth in his first season. With an overlap he would thrive honestly. One of the only players that keeps trying to make things happen with Kev.

All this players play for clubs that play fast and have supporting fullbacks. Quite funny ain’t it? I wanna see any of them here starting every attack from a still stand and scoring all the time. They won’t. Look how PSG plays their tiki taka and how we do and then say that again. Static play vs free flow ball.

Everyone is being dragged, he's not the only one. He wasn't so good that he should not be dragged. Legends like KDB, Bernardo are being dragged, there is no reason why Doku can't be/shouldn't be dragged.

Had a good game. The only consistent genuine threat. Made a few chances from nothing, had an excellent effort well saved. Given how we played and how difficult we make it for the wingers to be impactful I thought he did very well.

Anybody coming away from that thinking doku was the problem is mental.

I don’t think he’s good enough by a very long way, however, I’d have liked to have seen him play for us in a team that isn’t so stagnant. He's often doubled up on in this current shit show and so his job is harder than it would be if we moved the ball faster and gave him an overlap occasionally. Regardless, his final ball is hit and hope and his shooting ability is laughable.

I hope he gets the chance to prove me wrong and I’ll support him whilst he’s here but I don’t expect that’ll be for too long in my honest opinion.

Score and create more goals and defend better, would be the main things he could improve.

The guy is exciting to watch. He does things 99% other players can’t do.

Sadly, he doesn’t positively affect results often enough and shows no signs of improving that.

Terrific runner with the ball but have rarely seen a winger without an orthodox raking cross. I think this kills Haalands service so difficult to play him and Haaland in same team for me.
Only way around it might be full backs with a really good cross on them to do that bit for him.
The other thing is he goes from a standing start so they can get 2 or 3 to block his path. Needs to go early before they are set but that's the whole team pattern.
