Bernardo Silva: “Something has to change. You learn who you can go to war with, first of all"

Grealish ,Walker and stones to a lesser extent would by my first picks. Remember we had a few injuries at the start of the season and pep was outing players without naming them. Say something thing like there’s players here saying they’re injured and won’t play and there’s others who will play on.

Walker wanted that 100cap for England and pep said it in an interview. Grealish was injured weeks but still went to the England camp just to be sent home

Stones injured weeks couldn’t play one game a week. Goes to England plays 90min makes himself available for the 2nd game a few days later starts comes off injured after a couple of minutes then missing for city again

Fuck off Stones a trouble maker

Clearly we need english players who retire from international football at 19 years old.

Yes I’m sure throwing an incendiary grenade like this out on the eve of our two biggest games of the season will really help matters Bernardo.

Yeah what's he ever done whilst here ?

Talk about bullshit posts, but that post is up there with the best (worst).
And other players who he's supposedly calling out as "players not to go to war with" were right there with him, and they weren't asking to leave every summer. time to give up this sentimentally bullshit. youre either good enough or youre not and he's not good enough.

OK, but still no link to who he's calling out.

I get the sentiment and Bernie, poor season to one side, has always made himself available, played in every position, and hasn't ducked responsibility. But I do think these types of comments just create speculation that isn't what we need.
exactly and in my opinion Bernie is the top three players who didn't contribute positively to the games and still think they are the leaders (KDB and Gundo the other, but KDB and Gundo at least tried to play positively just the magic has gone). Bernie deliberately played passive football as if it is his special attribute.

By all means call me out if I’ve wrongly characterised you as a JCL - your username and joining date and your opinions lead me to believe that you perhaps don’t have a fully developed understanding of the game gained over many years and decades of watching football at different levels.

Football’s more like a game of chess than a game of basketball. You attack then we attack isn’t how it’s played at the top level. Bernie, even a sub par Bernie plays a crucial role in the team. He’s the bravest man on the pitch, physically and mentally. Never hides, never gives up, never passes responsibility. He does the dirty work that often goes unnoticed by newer fans who are understandably more seduced by Big Erl smashing in goals left right and centre or KDB splitting defences with wonder passes.

It might make them take a look at themselves and pull their flipping socks up and put in the best two displays of the season. They can’t do much worse than they have doe in the past couple of games. JMHO

As for the person who pointed a finger at John Stones I think he needs to think again. I’ve never heard a rumour about JB.

He lost possession nine times on Saturday. Great player, but well past it, and in fairness, he's just one of many like that in our squad now.

Some players have a strange mentality. They may display a strong sense of ambition, but this ambition is rooted in self-interest. When the team is doing well, their personal interests don’t conflict with the team’s, so everything seems fine. However, when things start going downhill, these individuals become passive and merely go through the motions.

Lol. First Haaland, and now Bernardo complaining. Both of them need to reflect on their own performances first.
