PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

And we still don't know what is in those emails between him and PL Club Directors which they were forced by a Judge to share with City's legal team!
 
Not making it up its on different social media sites Masters is getting back handers, whether it's true or not considering it is after all social media I personally don't know, however the sources are quite reputable. But of course we can't get involved because it would appear as if we pressing an anti PL agenda. As for the actual outcome of the charges I don't feel too confident as there really is little justice in today's world or for that matter in the past.

They will not find us guilty unless they can 100% prove we r guilty and are 100% confident that the evidence would stand up to any appeal at any court. You have got to remember who they would be accusing of fraud!!! The independent panel would be absolutely ruined unless 100% confident and have the evidence to back it up. This is much more than people/clubs being out to get us if they make a verdict which isn't water tight they will more than likely be sued to death off City.

Yeah, I agree.
But I don’t think it was ever about us being found guilty.
It was about destroying our reputation and throwing enough mud it sticks.

I was in a work call yesterday and it was a complete pile on.
‘You can’t cheat and complain about being cheated’,
‘Couldn’t happen to a nicer club’
etc…

2 fucking years and over this has dragged on for.
I think we’ll win the case but the damage is done.
It’s been a concerted effort by the powers that be to inflict maximum damage and they have.

I wish we had pushed for the super league and completely fucked off the PL.

Oddly enough, I think the PL, and football in general, is damaging itself as much as it is damaging us.

Whatever they are pretending, even amongst those screaming '"cheats" the loudest, there can't be anyone left who truly believes FFP/PSR is anything other than about limiting competition to three or four clubs. The long, drawn-out "115" case against us and the APT farce has shone a light on something that has been in the, lagely unspoken, consciousness of everyone interested in football for years. Now, it's out there in the open and in the media glare every day so it's no longer possible for the football establishment to keep up the pretence of integrity. Football is broken and they can blame us as much as they want but, to see who the culprits really are, you only have to look at who would have won the league every year if we weren't around.

I think you can sense a pervading weariness of the game in the supporters and the media. The saturation coverage, the stale, ageing, old era, pundits, the faux excitement when Bruno Fernandes scores another penalty, the over-analysis to prove that Salah really was touched before he dived, the exaggerated squeals of the commentators when Bellingham plays a 5 yard pass and the absolute contempt for the fan who actually goes to games. It's dying on its arse.

I agree i think part of this is to ensure that all clubs adhere to the red cartel favored rules going forward. This guilty by media is a really good outcome for prrem. Stifled our growth and sucked tge joy out of the support. Its all part of the plan..court ruling is secondary

Well you should where was the evidence of us cheating that usually shuts them up!!! As for destroying our reputation well that hadn't worked we are still signing more and more lucrative sponsorship deals and have people/companies wanting to invest more in the CFG.

I suppose when one is in charge of rule changes it is relatively easy to make black become white. The example that President Trump is setting is brazen and self serving but he has made it not illegal.

I remember when the no tax rules applied in particularly Saudi, trickle down applied so trading with say UK was taxable in UK but not in Saudi and at the time most other oil rich countries.

My point is that it is usually the Gov wanting it's cut that makes financial matters illegal and not a moral need.
