Tonight could be a case of not getting home at all for some given the transport issues back into town.

I’m sure he’ll get one. They take a long time to make. I suspect they’ll do one for him and Fernandinho who will both have the same number of appearances after tonight, and it’s more appearances than Vinny had so there’s a precedent.

Mate blue moon is largely populated by old curmudgeons who if they do go to a match can’t countenance the thought of arriving home at such an ungodly hour as 11pm or whatever.
These fuckers will moan interminably on here and assume everything will turn out to be a worst case scenario situation.

In the real world however the vast majority of fans will take that little bit of time and trouble to show a great player how much we appreciate him and he’ll get a great send off

No realists there to mention that half the stadium leaves early to catch trains or avoid being in a car park for an hour, and won’t have an option to hang around till 11pm.

No the delusional would be too concerned in setting up a snazzy light show and video to be worried about who will be still in the stadium !
