Season Tickets - 2025/26 | Changes to ticket transfer this season (p101)

Did he meet the criteria on his own membership? City have created a scenario of you need to have a membership & purchase from them to have the opportunity of a ST, which many people won’t meet, as most would be like you and duck & dive, source tickets from wherever possible
I suspect junior tickets shouldn’t be as strict on criteria given the “junior pull through” mentioned by the club

Not for the aways but he does have a membership for the homes although it's only een used a few times this season as we rely on transfer instead. That and any crieria is my chief concern and the reason why I'm desperate to hear their plans regarding the pull through....

Wonder if they’ll use transfers as a metric ? Would be a fair way to look at it after purchases

The Club can confirm that it will release 1,500 new Flexi-Gold Season Tickets to eligible Cityzens Matchday Members from next week.

Thursday 29th May

  • Eligible Cityzens Junior Members who are connected via “Friends and Family” to existing Gold, Platinum, 93:20 or Flexi-Gold Adult Season Ticket Members, and have purchased for two or more matches.
  • This forms part of our ‘Junior Pull Through’ initiative and aligns with our ongoing commitment to grow our Junior Season Ticket Member base, opening pathways for the next generation of match-going supporters.
Monday 2nd June

  • Cityzens Matchday Members who have purchased 16 or more matches throughout the 2024/25 season.
  • Cityzens Junior Members who have purchased 10 or more matches throughout the 2024/25 season.
Please note that tickets will be sold through staggered sales windows starting with those who have purchased the highest number of matches. Season Tickets will be sold subject to availability, with qualifying supporters able to purchase a maximum of one per person.

Next week, the Club will publish further information about the sales windows, and qualifying supporters will receive an email with all of the key information included.

Of the 1,500 new Season Tickets that are available, 500 are brand new Season Tickets, which means that there will be an overall increase to the number of Season Tickets within the stadium.

New, Reduced Deposit Scheme For Season Ticket Members

As recently announced, we are introducing a new deposit scheme for Flexi-Gold Season Ticket Members as of next season. This change also applies to existing Flexi-Gold Members who renewed their ticket in the Season Ticket renewals window for the 2025/26 season. After taking on feedback shared by City Matters, we are pleased to reveal further details of how this will work.

  • We are reducing the initial £150 deposit to £120. Junior deposits will be reduced from £75 to £48.
  • Each time a Season Ticket Member goes to purchase their ticket for a match, they will see a £7.50 deduction from the overall price of their ticket (£3 for juniors).
  • These Season Ticket Members earn a part of the deposit back for every match they attend.
  • Once a Season Ticket Member purchases 16 matches, they will have earned back the full price of their deposit.
  • This means that all fans with Season Tickets of this type can pay the exact same as a Gold, Platinum or 93:20 Season Ticket Member, subject to the number of matches they attend per season.
Any existing Season Ticket Members who have already paid the previous upfront fee (£150 adults / £75 juniors) will receive a £30 (adult) / £27 (junior) refund from the Club over the coming weeks. Those on a monthly payment plan will have their instalments adjusted accordingly. Information will be emailed to existing Flexi-Gold Season Ticket Members.

Pathway For Season Ticket Members

Any Season Ticket Member who purchases 16 or more home Premier League matches throughout a season will be eligible to change to a Gold, Platinum or 93:20 Season Ticket for the following season, should they wish to.

This is not limited to whether they purchased a ticket within the three-week Season Ticket window. A ticket purchased outside of the three-week window will still count towards the 16 matches, however, only tickets purchased within the sales window will be subject to the discounted ticket rate to earn back the initial deposit.

I did 17 home matches this season on Flexi and still havnt been allowed to upgrade, everytime I phone the ticket office the goalposts have moved.

Thanks, i must've missed that. That's me missing out again then. I don't know how anyone could afford 16 games at individual prices with a kid in tow. This could signal the end for me. Sad times.
Sorry mate I posted without finishing :/ I’ll ask city twitter & find out for yer
*edit* someone has asked….no answer yet

My junior had 6 purchases this season (did purchase 8 but had to get two refunds due to moving them to week evening games)

Hopefully that will get us a decent way up the criteria for the Junior Pull Through.

I see the 1894 group have decided that flexis are a con, and that we should all be allowed to buy STs and sell to our mates.

If I was one of the many folk who could only attend a smaller number of matches for family or timing or other genuine reasons as many have indicated on here, I'd be willing to go down the flexi route. I'm struggling to understand why there's such a definitive response from them on this, but happy to learn...

I don’t understand why you need 16 games this season for a flexi-gold whereby you can then pick and choose which games you attend. The ever changing requirement is starting to piss me off a tad, missed out by 1 game last year and bought more this year but still miss out.

Madness, by default you automatically qualify for the new criteria, but obviously that would still be a flexi when you’ve qualified for gold. I would highlight your case to City matters, they’re really good at issues like this

1500 is more than they announces isn't it?

Does that mean 1000 current season ticket holders didn't renew?

Yeah, I thought they said 500? So three times what they initially quoted?

Obviously there's going to be a number of people that wouldn't re-new each, but a 1000?!! Makes those new rules they're bringing in seem even more idiotic.

1894 are saying FG should just all be converted to a normal season ticket not a TEMU version
