Thought the atmosphere was brilliant. Well done Blues! The Ruben Amorim song was brilliant, but personally I'd prefer that tune for our own team/player as it is catchy, easy to sing and can be repeated for a lengthy time. We don't have too many songs like that, so personally would prefer it for one of our own. For example

Erling Haaland.....

Just my thoughts. Wouldn't waste a good catchy tune on that lot. It was good for the occasion but I think we could use the tune for one of our own.

I cI couldn’t get it out of my fucking head when they kept singing it. Thought it was a good song to be fair. Just funny it’s about someone who’s been completely useless

Same here. There are some repetitive chants which are great, but this one was doing my fruit in. I was stood next a lad with an awful, monotone singing voice, which made it even worse!!

IMO it’s just about acceptable to turn one of their chants back on them to take the piss.

Not okay to just blatantly turn a United song into a City song though.

Even though they blatantly took it from European clubs (PSG etc)

I was undercover in the Johnny Haynes Stand and the Blues away supporters were magnificent. South American style constant singing and nothing like the t-shirt wearing manufactured Palace Ultra
Mob.
Incredible support from start to finish. Well done to everyone with 30,000 pts and the others who got tickets in the away end. Proud and loud all day long. A credit to the club, and the players loved and responded to it as well.

Away end would have been even better if hundreds hadn’t missed at least 20 - 30mins of the game because they couldn’t wait for a pint.

On another note one fan had a medical emergency, Fulham stewards were fucking useless, City ones weren’t much better. Eventually medics arrived and he was taken out of the stand conscious. Hope it was nothing more than a bit of dehydration and the guy is ok

I could not understand yesterday in a really big game for us, why people wanted to spend the first ten minutes repeatedly singing a song about the rags. And it isn’t even a good or funny song. It puts them on a pedestal they just do not warrant.

It was getting a bit annoying. Lyrics and tune were crap, it was like a 12 yr made it up.
