North Stand Construction Discussion

Do you think they will rip out the old existing seats when they marry up the new extension?

Be hard to get a decent colour match with the weather-worn section?

I was thinking the same thing and I doubt we’ll do it tbh. Attention to detail isn’t something we’re good at when it comes to the stadium and surrounding area.

Yes, we’ve invested well and developed our infrastructure brilliantly but then we have things like the poor finish to the south stand internals (see pics below), the messy Joe Mercer Way, the funky South Stand corners, the exposed front 3 rows of terracing where the seats were ripped out, and the uneven and puddle infested floor around the stadium itself. When you compare the latter with the paving at Everton’s new stadium, it makes our offering feel a level below.

Well it’s over 20 years old now for the main original build and 10 years old for the south stand expansion, construction techniques have changed since then but yes when compared to the Everton stadium rebuild they got the very best at the current time just like we did 10 years ago when the south expansion happened and 20 years ago for the main original stadium

South Stand internal finishing was poor 10 years ago.

Wonder where he gets his pictures from didn't know there was another drone flyer
@cpoverview @ssskies

Keep asking him but he never replies
I wondered the same, there is also the fool who stood next to the COOP Live and couldn't point it out but they look like they've been ripped off one of the guys on here.

They will be stills taken from our videos, I usually have to put a claim in at least once a week to YouTube against people using my footage. Don’t use tik tok so no idea how I would check that.
SS skies has exactly the same problem, often they combine our footage to make a video, makes it a bit harder to spot and claim against but we still manage

Open a TikTok account and post them yourselves as short videos then put a claim in when you see theirs

Torching may give a quick fix but the reality is that red is a more fugitive colour than say blue so more likely to fade. Earth colours tend to be the most stable to UV rays but few choose brown. It all depends on what colouring pigments are used with some more permanent and others more fugitive.
