Drunk man denied boarding on Easyjet flight at Manchester Airport

The airport worker who smacked him will probably get the sack now, and the yob will suffer no consequences.
That what this country is like nowadays.

there is something about airports that turns sane, rational people into raving lunatics, one example of this is the incessant need to all crowd around the boarding gate like the plane is gonna leave without you if you're not first on.
It's the luggage space.
Some people have more carry on baggage than they should.

That's what I thought when I first saw this video.

Cunts like him go unchallenged every single day and this is why these cunts behave like they do.

fuckin state of this country

Going on holiday should be enough in itself. I'm sure that most people will disagree but I think the whole culture of drinking before boarding a flight is part of the problem.

I do know what you mean but I suppose I see it from a different perspective. The problem isn’t that people drink, it’s that too many people in society are knobheads with no respect.

Eg. Ive been very drunk on a few occasions before now as I’m sure most of us have. I’ve never once got into so much as an argument let alone a fight or insulting staff like that.

Why? Because I’m not a ****. I’m a respectful, functional member of society.

The problem here isn’t that this guy was pissed, it’s that he was a ****. And like I said in my earlier post, people like this are also like that when they’re sober.

On the easyjet flight to Tbilisi last week (not exactly a party flight I'd have thought) the captain twice came on the tannoy to say that a group at the back continued to drink their own alcohol and he would have to take urgent action, which I wondered for a moment might mean an emergency stop in Ukraine but was luckily only a threat to have Georgian police board the plane.

On my flight last week had someone behind me in one the emergency exit seats had to moved as they had drunk too much.

Probably in the minority but never seen the appeal of having a few drinks in the airport and in-flight.

Apparently, according to the sun,it was last august !

The incident took place on August 20 last year.

Cops were quickly summoned to the scene at the aircraft and the customer was not allowed to travel.

The Sun have contacted Manchester Airport for comment.

An easyJet spokeswoman told The Sun: “This flight on 20 August last year from Manchester to Chania was attended by police before departure due to a passenger behaving disruptively during boarding. Police attended the aircraft and the customer was not allowed to travel.

“easyJet's cabin crew are trained to assess all situations and act quickly to ensure that the safety of the flight is not compromised at any time.

"We will not tolerate disruptive or aggressive behaviour towards our crew or other passengers.

“The safety and wellbeing of our passengers, crew and ground agents is always easyJet's priority.”

Greater Manchester Police said that there was no further comment on the incident due to it taking place in August 2024.

What the fuck has the incident taking place in August got to do with not commenting on it.
