On the easyjet flight to Tbilisi last week (not exactly a party flight I'd have thought) the captain twice came on the tannoy to say that a group at the back continued to drink their own alcohol and he would have to take urgent action, which I wondered for a moment might mean an emergency stop in Ukraine but was luckily only a threat to have Georgian police board the plane.
What a ****.
They can do self check-in now (not that he looked capable) but most likely had his beers once through security.Check in staff should have alerted security and got this cretin dealt with before he got anywhere near the aircraft.
Priority boarding. Drink like mad then rush straight to the front of the queue.I don't know how people have time for more than one. How early are you getting to the airport?
I’ve been lucky so far in never really having any issues with other passengers. The only one I remember was when we’d been told there was a fellow passenger with a nut allergy but one fella kept eating peanuts. He was warned three times. Some people are just dickheads. The Mrs was on an easy jet flight to Belfast from Liverpool about 10 years ago. And a couple a few rows in front of her each lit up a cigarette, to the complete astonishment of everyone on board.
When the cabin staff came over and said sorry you cannot smoke here, they started arguing and then one of them stubbed the cigarette out on the hand of the air steward!
Unsurprisingly the police were called and they were escorted off presumably under arrest. This happened years after the smoking ban on planes came in. What on earth goes through some people's minds?
What a ****.
If that video was in fact last august, maybe it's been released now cos he has gone through the court process and been sentenced one way or another,or maybe he got off and the person that originaly recorded it,thought fk it and let it out . I'm intrigued to know what happened to him. He’s going to jail 100%
He’s going to jail 100%
Doesn’t sound like the sort of behaviour you’d expect from Russians.I was unfortunate enough to be sat next to 2 very drunk russians on a 6 hour flight to Oman (we were going to Sri Lanka) a few years ago.
The staff initially refused them any more drink, but because of the abuse they were getting, eventually continued to sell them drink, despite our protests. They soiled (puked), and then destroyed the seats, they abused everyone around them, we moved away from them when we could, but there weren't any empty seats and they continued to abuse the staff, despite the fact they still served them. I felt so sorry for the staff who had to deal with it, they tried, but it threatened to get violent several times.
Worst flight I've ever been on anywhere.
That is a good point actually, re self check in and bag drop off. They can do self check-in now (not that he looked capable) but most likely had his beers once through security.
Does anyone know what actually DID happen to this bellend? By that I mean the plane knobhead not you, levets!!! :-)He’s going to jail 100%
I feel sorry for your colleague but act like a **** and you pay the price, its a bit too late to be sensible after the factA guy who I worked with, was kicked off a flight that had to be redirected to Faro (originally on route to Tenerife), he's not proud of what he did (all drink related)& has subsequently turned tea total. However he's now band from the airline for life also he's being persuaded for the cost of the redirection and the compensation payout by the airline to the other passengers, which stands at 180,000 euros. He knows this is going and has affected his ability to get any credit for the rest of his life.
Nope. The Sun reported that the police refused to comment because it was from last August. So that suggests that whatever punishment he got has already been served. But I'm amazed that the police can actually just refuse to say whether or not they charged someone for a crime.Does anyone know what actually DID happen to this bellend? A quick freedom of information request may clear that up!Nope. The Sun reported that the police refused to comment because it was from last August.
