Will it actually matter? They’ll be making it as basic as it can be as rooms will likely be sold as part of packages, with a few premium rooms that they’ll charge a fortune for.

It's going to be a fantastic venue for the City v Oldham derby next season after the decision comes in ;-)

And it's only 4 stars which is almost a B&B.

That plus at least two storeys of windowless bunker within that. At least they will have plenty of space for storage of all the 115 documentation and evidence. Or future shady deals, where they can't be hacked!
