When your foundational argument is life begins at conception and extinguishing that life is murder, you’ve painted yourself into a tiny corner of the room.

Even having to have the discussion over a raped 9yr old who has been impregnated by a scumbag boggles the mind.

The good thing, though, is the Christian Conservatives pushing this BS will be there for her with everything she needs going forward:

Pre-natal care
Delivery care
Post-natal and post-partum care
Her education and mental well-being
Strong social services and a roof over her head
Early childhood care for the child
The child’s education and mental well-being

…right??? Suuuuurrrrrreeeee!

Or, will she be forced to carry to term, deliver against her wishes, and then raise the child without any damned help…other than a mandate from God that life is sacred?!

Or, maybe they have a nice, wealthy, but barren, Christian family who will help snatch her child away at birth, never to be seen again and the real Mother will be back in Primary School (5th Grade here!) on Monday with an “Attagirl, well done!” and a hug?

Absolutely MENTAL!

It may as well have been, and it isn't just that administration. The left-leaning politicians over there have been a huge disappointment.

America and the UK have no morals, It's been over 18 months of facilitating a Genocide. We're no better.

Try “The people behind the U.S. decision to veto a ceasefire today are cunts.”

“American cunts” is a tad broad, esp for those of us who actually voted against the cunts, yet have to live with their edicts.

If you know a legal way to get rid of them before the next Congressional and Presidential Election, there’s at least 100 Million Americans looking for your wisdom.

Sorry, I completely disagree. It’s easy to hit out our government, present or past, but the reality is that we have absolutely no say in this. I have morals, you have morals, are you saying that we are not part of that system?

If we are being specific to this party, which you seem to be hooked on, we've seen them, on multiple occasions, go against what the Israeli government has done. But that doesn’t matter, Israel will do what they want while the only power that can stop them, looks on.

At the same time, why are Hamas still functioning, not releasing the hostages and allowing the likes of Qatar to arbor the heads of these terrorists/freedom fighters/criminals organisations to continue?

Seems to me that Israel can kill indiscriminately while those who purport to support the Palestinians, really don't support the Palestinians and use these poor people as collateral in their political chess.

Fuck the lot of the murdering cunts. Basically approved genocide from both sides.

I don’t vote for “party,” I vote for “person,” because they’re the one that votes on my behalf and is the one I can hold accountable with my next vote.

Here are mine. I voted for each of them. Let me know if you have a problem with any of them and I might even agree with you and pass it on.

The most consistently documented figure as of late 2023 is 45 vetoes by the U.S. in favor of Israel, according to Blue Marble's analysis. However, more recent reports, such as from Middle East Eye in November 2024, suggest the number has risen to 49 with additional vetoes related to the Gaza conflict. The precise total depends on the timeframe and criteria used for "in favor of Israel." I'm saying that I don't want to be part of a system that normalises this shit. The American Government and ours are active participants in genocide. Past and present.

That's it. I said the same with the last cunts in charge of our countries. Also, Hamas has agreed to ceasefires where the hostages would be released. You know who fucked those up, yeah?

I’ll assume every American is responsible for that AND, more importantly, they were all resolutions that “should” have been voted “FOR”

Crazy idea…RELEASE ALL THE FUCKING HOSTAGES and maybe put some pressure on the U.S. to do what you seem to think they should do.
