That's crazy. He should be under the supervision of the City medical staff with the goal of getting some limited time in the Club World Cup and being ready for next season. If Norway send him back broken then his career could nosedive.

6th and 9th of next month, and I think we’re flying out to the USA on the 10th. Feels ridiculous that 14 minutes of football can warrant an international call up, and I doubt the club will be happy with the extra travel.

Kinda agree, needs to get back fit and showing what he can do. Low man in the totem pole in the squad right now due to this injury layoff.

If Bobb is fit, which I guess he is, he needs to play, even if only 20-30 minutes.

He needs to gain fitness and form at some point and that can only happen when he plays games.

If he gets injured, then either Bobb or City medical staff have messed up again in terms of an appropriate timeline.

Rumours that a few PL clubs have asked about him (from @twosips I believe). He’s come out and said he wants to stay and fight for his place.

I’m excited to see what next season brings for him. Would love to see him rip up the CWC like he did pre-season last year.

I wouldn’t be shocked if he did end up leaving. Maybe not this season though. I’m struggling to see how he’s going to consistently start games.

If one of our wingers leaves, we’ll heavily invest in a replacement. I think it’s becoming almost impossible for our academy players to become regular starters
