"Club World Cup" - sounds hugely important - surely the most important trophy for a club to win!

IMO - though - it's just another marketing gimmick to get more money. Does anyone really care who wins this trophy? I don't.

I may watch a City game or two in the Club World Cup - not because I give a shit about the competition - but because I'd like to see some of our new signings play.

On the other hand, I might very well not watch a single Club World Cup game - I can watch the new City players in August - when the next P/L season begins.

I got all the group games through fifa/Ticketmaster as well,and I’ve got the ticketmaster app,which shows my ticket info seat number etc and how many days until the ticket is issued.which is around 2-3 days before the match

Yeah feels a bit like a more highly organised set of pre-season friendlies :/
 
Got my ticket through on the fifa app and they’ve moved me from behind the net upper tier City end onto a corner for “optimisation”! So it looks like I’ve been lumped in with everyone else I got mine through the club for the City end so paid more as well anyone else had this?
Just checked the section it’s half the price on ticketmaster cheeky fuckers, looks like they’ve closed off the top tier to me, they should be putting me in with the bottom tier.

I've been looking at Ticketmaster this morning too. They have tickets in our block downstairs in Atlanta for $100 less than we paid through City/Fifa.

We paid 50 odd quid for a game in Charlotte, NC too which is now showing as £20 or so less.

Is what it is, though. We wouldn't have been able to go out there without having the peace of mind that our tickets had been sorted way in advance.

Cheers Ctidpaul , didn't realise there was a Ticketmaster App, they never mentioned it at booking I don't think.

Have logged into a Ticketmaster App and its now showing my 2 non City matches, had to go into it through the email I got when I ordered and then it loaded.

I’m in c27 now what about you, tickets in row 1 are$50 I’m in row 15 paid $85! It’s a fucking con they should have put us in the lower tier as we went through the City fan portal. Stadium is going to be half empty by the look of it.
 
Just seen there’s loads of tickets available for our games. I don’t really understand why. When we’ve had pre season games over the in the past, the stadiums have been rammed. The game against Munich a few years ago in Green Bay, it was full of people wearing City shirts. It’s not like the tickets are particularly pricey.

I think the appeal of our opposition (excluding Juventus, who outside of Italy aren’t exactly a global powerhouse) has something to do with it.

When it gets to last 16, you’ll have neutral fans snapping up tickets to see two big European sides play.
