Why not O'Reilly? Ait-Nouri will be left back and it's now difficult for O'Reilly to play in midfield. He's a very good player. Playing regularly for Lyon in front of 50k would be a good move for him and for City because he may develop faster at Lyon than he will at City next season. He needs to be playing.

We (OL) may have an issue with the players coming from countries outside the EU and the Samoa Agreement. It's quite unclear whether Thiago Almada is still at the club or not. If he is, then we don't have any room for players from the UK, Argentina or Brazil.
