Some truth here. But its a National issue. Its related to immigration law enforcement. Which is (wholly within the purview of the Presidency).
The way a few cars on one street becomes an autonomous zone is by allowing the lawlessness to escalate.
And contrary to opinion, uncurbed lawlessness will persist and escalate.

The original post itself, stripped of all context, and attempting to frame Keith Self as a Nazi here, is misleading. How misleading? Well the Congressman - a former LTC in the Rangers - is being framed here as speaking approvingly of Goebbels, when in fact, he is attempting to draw a comparison between Goebbels's view of the role of the state in forming public opinion and the view of Nina Jankowicz, who was the person under oath being cross-examined by Congressmen Self. Who is Nina Jankowicz? Amongst other things she was the former head of the short-lived Disinformation Governance Board in 2022.

Correct! To add sime more context, ICE is under a federal judge's warrant to find specific individuals, mostly criminal illegal aliens ( and by criminal, I don't mean the crime if illegal entry or overstay, but rather subsequent criminality).
California, being a stupid state ( i mean sanctuary State,) has vowed not to help the federal government with holding of these criminal illegals ( i.e. priority 1 illegals), this forcing ICE agents to mostly go into the communities.
They know this will inflame the community and some paid "activists" will lead demonstrations that will eventually become destructive and deadly. Albeit always mostly peaceful.

The worst, most evil kinds are the ones the posters here make when they step in a contextual hole. Those are regularly called out (with a page-long clipped-article screed). Or Damo shows up and threatens a thread ban.
