Sorr of is..start of 2025 /2026 season will be the start....(i said start)...of the 2nd season since Foden was on fire.. one off season..but can't let it drift into 25 /26 season..... just saying pal..
 
Random suggestion but if the wingers this season don't kick on, so we go into the winger market next summer, with how we keep relationships with clubs, do you reckon we go for Fofana from Lyon the young winger who's 20. He's apparently a bright talent in Ligue un

Maybe, lots of young wingers about. Ligue 1 especially.

Pep might decide not to play with wingers and pack the centre you never know with him!
 
From our recent experience, young wingers are requiring 2-3 years to settle and perform, so there’s no guarantee that any change will lead to immediate improvement. Might even be preferable to persevere.

Good work so far - including our work in Jan 3 new midfielders, all of whom are 26 or under, have arrived to address what was a dire need. In Rodri, Gonzalez, Reijnders, Cherki, Foden, Bernie/Gundo (one of),O'Reilly & Kovacic we now have good options and thankfully a hell of a lot more mobility in the central area of the field

A genuine left back has finally arrived ("Hallelujah"); another option up top has arrived in Marmoush, and some quality/youth at centre half is also now on the books in Khusanov, Reis and Bah.

A right back is of desperate need now, alongside a top class goalkeeper if Ederson leaves as seems highly possible.

Departures are now on the docket with at a guess at least 10 to be shipped out - KDB, Walker, Stones, Reis (loan), McAtee, Grealish, Nunes, Bernie/Gundo (one of), Ederson, Perrone & Mubama all in the frame here as the huge reshuffle - now being done at haste as it mistakenly wasnt commenced at least 12 months ago - continues unabated.

Can’t wait for him to join so people will expect 20 scorers from him without realizing that he isn’t savinho talent lvl or Doku talent lvl .
