Can I drink it first ;-)Spraying beer on the pitch would be good to help the grass grow.

I don’t use the car so much these days, mainly for occasional school runs, shopping and holidays. Bournemouth,Christchurch and Poole are so congested it just isn’t worth getting the car out of the drive these days. Appreciate your commitment Colin and SSSkies, it is a nice distraction from other stuff going on in the news.I’m on the way, sitting in the traffic
Shameful there is not a pair of old trainers hanging from it yet
Get a seat on the front row and you might get lucky. It might smell like a Wetherspoons the morning after, but that will give us a home advantage as the players will acclimatise to the atmosphere. Can I drink it first ;-)
Do they still do that in Manchester? It happened quite a lot down here but seems to have died out, a bit like Man United shirts.Shameful there is not a pair of old trainers hanging from it yet in
It will be dropped onto the pitch and cut up into the skipsI would love to see how they dismantle the lowered roof sections, but we can’t expect the drone boys there every day, or even when the exciting stuff happens. A shame City didn’t have a time-lapse mounted from the south stand so we could watch every moment of the build and demolition.
I don’t believe it is that simple. The pitch isn’t just a sward of grass, there is a complex drainage and irrigation network, and despite the protective covering, “ dropping” tons of roofing woukd almost certainly create huge damage. If you look back at the recent drone footage and images, one section has already been pivoted and now propped up over existing seats. I am just interested how they dismantle it without damaging the seats underneath. I know they will do it.It will be dropped onto the pitch and cut up into the skips
Don’t think the roof sections are heavier than the cranes ??I don’t believe it is that simple. Kite?Come on... wheres the drone update for today. If I have to wait any longer I'm gonna go and fly mine..
Kidding. I'm a shithouse, and wouldn't want to crash and lose it
Appreciate the time and effort lads.
No idea, but I dropped a mug on the kitchen floor recently and the mug survived but left a chip in the laminate. Just sayin’Don’t think the roof sections are heavier than the cranes ??
Here you go
Now CP’s new video shoes another layer of pitch protection, I am confident the big mean green machine will do the job.No idea, but I dropped a mug on the kitchen floor recently and the mug survived but left a chip in the laminate. Just sayin’
Asahi what you did there!!Are we sure the building on the access road is for the sprinkler system ?? With all that polished steel it looks like a micro brewery !;-)
oh rest assured if there are any empty seats up there they will focus on itThe reveal when the old roof has gone will be epic. Suspect when the cameras are back for the new season won’t even look at it but keep them on the lower levels of the stadium. Load of immature twats.
Here's my video from today, was there when the concert was getting ready for Robbie Williams, never again, everyone noseying at the controller, co-op security talking to me and watching me. The fella seemed decent but was watching like a hawk. Now time for a beer
It's an impressive crane with the counter balance system. I'm sure between me and CP we will try our best to get some lifts of the old stand roof coming down. I can see the medlock hotel selling out when the likes of Robbie Williams is playing and city's major opponents too.Awesome, thanks.
When I saw those green vehicles under the crane, I had to go and double check whether Thunderbirds 1 & 2 were somewhere outside in the car park.
