Agree on Cherki - he has a bit more of a maverick vibe about him whereas Wirtz has your David Silva, KDB vibe about his personality - both can be great and successful but one is more likely to get to the top of their game however.

However good players help you win things...they certainly have a very good player in Wirtz -we may have that with Cherki - certainly has the skill set and ceiling like you say however Wirtz is more proven in a better league at present
