Fixtures Calendar - 2025/26

I predict a dodgy screen shot of leaked fixtures on Twitter.

Everyone will play each other twice.

Someone will moan about a run in or who plays who when.

Always a good day, fixtures release day. Bonus is we play tomorrow too.

Come on City!!
Ha ha was going to post the same.

Nothing has leaked yet, I presume our fixtures will have a TBA for the opponents we're playing?

You know, 250 point deductions and relegations and all that.

It’ll never happen of course cos it’s not random, but I’d like to see a really meaningful match or a derby game come out of “the computer” as first or last game of the season.

There was liverpool arsenal years ago, was that a final day fixture?

Im pretty sure it is random.

The one that got put back due to Hillsborough, it was played on the Friday almost 2 weeks after the league ended, should have been in April after the disaster.

It was rearranged so ended up being the last fixture but wasn't scheduled to be

I go on holiday on the Sunday of the 1st weekend so hoping for a home game on the Saturday

You can be guaranteed the top 6 or so will be playing each other immediately before and/or after big Champions League fixtures, because we wouldn’t want to try to help our top clubs win such top European silverware.
So that’s 30 games, spread across 38 Premier League matchdays, and you think they should avoid the Premier League matchdays immediately before and immediately after the 16 Champions League matchdays?

Yep. IIRC it was meant to be on Sunday April 23rd 1989 - live on terrestrial TV - but was postponed due to Hillsborough. I think Liverpool didn’t play a competitive fixture for at least a couple of weeks following the disaster which meant the season was extended as they had loads of fixtures to fit in such as the rearranged FA Cup semi plus the FA Cup Final, as well as all their outstanding league games.

Hope they agreed to gave us a three aways in the beginning to get stadium work done. Not for personal reasons as I have holidays in august…

last game home please. maybe a Boxing Day at home for once too?
