The kings of the Agenda-Driven Rhetorical Question strike again.

I'm sure the answer they're hoping for is that rags would magically sell out a ground despite being fooking shite.

For comparison…
Imagine Fluminense v Mamelodi Sundowns in Manchester at 3pm on a work day. How many would be there? Exactly. The night games and weekend games will be OK

I recently made a Freedom of Information request to the BBC to find out how much Simon Stones jolly to the Far East cost the License payer. The BBC refused to divulge the figure. I complained to the IOC and they instructed the BBC to review their decision. Again the BBC have point blank refused. Anyone would think the BBC have something to hide.
Keep at it and you can rename yourself “nmcdogwithabone” go for it.

I’d never put the NW news on (or Granada Reports) and the shite One Show which is essentially Blue Peter for Adults, such poor TV.
Whenever the theme music for the One Show comes on there is a scramble in our house for the remote control to switch it off or to any other channel.

I hated it when the FA Cup draw was hosted by the One Show.

He's been a **** about city in BBC text commentary for the last few months.
Thought he was a Dipper follower rather than Arsenal, though it wouldn't be a surprise if he's one of these tits who supports whatever team Ronaldo plays for etc.. so is a bit of a chameleon - one thing is true he has a history of being snarky about City

"Dear Simon

I am emailing to point out an inaccuracy in your latest article about Manchester United.
In an attempt to put a positive spin on Ruben Amorim's catastrophic start as their manager, you stated that Pep Guardiola struggled in his first season before finishing 4th. The comparison made between Amorim now and Guardiola then is very odd for reasons which I won't expand upon but that you must already be aware of.

Anyway, you really should research your facts about other teams more carefully. In the 2016/2017 season Manchester City finished 3rd with 78 points.

As you will see from the comments section ln of your articles (most of which are about Man Utd) many fans are growing tired of the BBC's coverage of their favourite team and feel it has become nothing more than its propaganda arm.
This is evidenced by your casual approach to ensuring facts about other teams are presented correctly. It would have taken you 10 seconds to research the facts about Pep's first season as City manager but you decided not to, instead choosing to present an inaccurate picture which is more favourable to United.

Manchester United's popularity is waning both in the UK and abroad. Is this why the majority of your articles are about them, including your recent piece about one of their academy players scoring two goals in an under-20 tournament for Denmark?

A balanced approach would have been to make the article about the performance of all PL academy players in the tournament rather than make it all about one team. It would have taken more research from you into areas you are less knowledgeable about but would have been far more informative to readers of the article, most of whom have an interest in more than just one team. This is just one of many examples of the distorted coverage which I suspect is designed to keep one team at the top of the news cycle.
Can we please see some more balanced coverage of Premier League teams from the BBC's chief football correspondent?
