That was myself. I think a lot of the comments are more than fair considering how he has performed for us. He’s way off it and leaves us very vulnerable. I also posted “Rico Edghill” earlier, he’s the modern day Edghill. I was around.

Cannot make too many conclusions from that one game played in an oven. But one thing is very clear...we need a top class right back. We will not be challenging for any major trophies this season if Lewis or Nunes is a regular in that position.

We all wax lyrical about Maine Rd but it was also well known for turning on our own players at times.
The shit Edghill got was fucking appalling

Indeed. We like to pride ourselves as being great fans. Stuck by the club when we went down to the third tier, never been afraid to laugh at ourselves, great sense of humour (the whole banana/inflatables craze) etc etc. But it's one of our less desirable traits that a section of our fanbase do love to target players for abuse. Some of the stuff posted on here sickens me. What do these "fans" hope to achieve by dishing out abuse to a 20 year old? It's baffling.
