I don’t mind who gets through, I think we’re infinitely better than everybody in our half of the draw. I just fancy Benfica and Fluminense to win their ties.

First time City are favourites now.

Started 2nd behind RM then PSG third.

Then PSG faves, City 2nd, RM 3rd.

Now City, PSG close 2nd and RM drifting in 3rd.

All games in the last 16 bar the 2 on Sat have an odds on fave.

3 European teams knocked out, the odds suggest 7 go through to the last 8, but we'll see. The 1994 world cup has 7 European teams in the last 8 with Brazil, who are guaranteed to have one club in the last 8 due to the draw.

Everyone saying the players need rest blah blah blah .... ours had a few weeks off, holiday with families etc, boredom can set in.

Our players relaxing on the beach a couple of days ago, they looked fit and full of it last night despite the temperature.

Pre-season friendlies/tours can be low key and dull, whereas we could start the season with a bang ,,, plus we have 2 teams of real quality to rotate.

It really will .... we are gaining US based fans by the bucketload with each passing game.

The commentators on DAZN last night were eulogising over us, compared to the bitter jealous swines back here.
 
Let’s be honest even if FIFA gave us £1bn for winning it. It’s still a meaningless pre season tournament.

I still want us to win it. As I do every match City play.

Anyone telling themselves it isn’t meaningless is only lying to themselves.

If I had a choice between us winning our first match v Wolves or the CWC. It’s the 3 points every single time.

You are definitely entitled to your opinion. I’m guessing “1 or 2” blues may disagree with all or part of yours. As they say, arseholes & opinions, everyone has one [emoji23]
