Ah, the new Keeting/Hasigoya/ShoreShe’s the female Viera/Kolorov/Haarland
Corrected. Others usually beat me to it so I was surprised I was the one to get to post it.Looks like you've spelt her name wrong in the thread title, unless I'm missing something?
Good to see she's already done her ACL, so hopefully won't happen again now she's here :-)
I thought the same - where does this leave Poppy?Does this mean the club isn't interested in having Poppy Pritchard in the women's team?
I'm not exactly sure what to make of this quote but it doesn't inspire confidence in me.
"They are a club who like to keep possession, and I really like to have the ball, so I think it's a good fit."
Watched her for the Swiss v Norway. She more or less played right-wing back, but had the energy to get upfield for a couple of half-chances and was unlucky not to score. She doesn't look all that tricky, but seems to have good movement. She can probably be cover for right-back as well as right-wing, though I think it's too early for her to displace anyone in the starting lineup just yet.
Hadn't heard about Jeglertz. A quick Wiki search shows he's very experienced at least. Clearly done well in Scandinavia, but the WSL will be new for him, it'll be interesting to see how he adapts and if his approach changes with different players available to select.
Got to be better than last season though surely.....
