It's Quiet the £250m return

City will probably receive a small fee from Burnley for the transfer.

There will probably be some kind of settlement/incentive payment from City to Walker in respect of the last year of his contract, and the drop in wages he'll be taking, which will be considerably less than what City would pay him in wages if he sticks around for another year.

The payment City make to Walker probably won't be too dissimilar to the transfer fee we receive from Burnley.
Makes sense. I don't suppose we know what the upfront fee is as the £5mill was with add-ons?

I can’t see TL happening other than if there is a PSR issue at Newcastle and they want to make absolutely sure it’s dealt with without selling Isak. Maybe there is a scenario where Isak signs a new deal and TL joins City. It will be a lot easier to rationalize this to their fans than selling Isak. Liverpool clearly have cash to spend and are kean on Isak.

But there is the World Cup factor too, Kyle will have happily taken a dip on his income for the opportunity for regular game time.

McAtee will defiantly leave. Don’t see us facing any issues in getting rid Kabore or Perrone same with Ederson or Orteaga if they choose to go. By that I mean in terms of the wages or anything else that will make it hard for us to get rid of them.

We must already be on 20 + million in sales plus 25 + in wages off the books plus millions in bonuses sell ons adds on etc.

Tho we will have the incomings to pay for and January.

Also although the CWC was a failure that’s still extra money in.

All looking good so far

Must think there is still a chance if we havent moved on then?

I think it's more down to the fact we can only go for HG players at the moment and he is the standout.

Not convinced the club will pay the £70-£80m it is going to take though.

I still think the club will sell an unsuspected foreign player and go for a cheaper, but equally as good option abroad.

I have a bad feeling, Gundo and Bernardo stay and we let Nunes and Nico Gonzalez go.

I don't think Nunes goes.. he's extremely versatile, has a skill set that no one else on the team possesses and produces numbers.

But him staying makes it less likely for others to stay!
